Using AI43

Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not disrupt it, misuse other people’s information, or present AI43 materials as your own.

Courses and payments

Course availability, price, payment and cancellation terms are shown before you enrol. A course-specific offer takes priority where it differs from this page. You may cancel within the first 7 days after your POD starts and receive a full refund of what you paid for that course; request it through the contact route given for your POD.

Access after a POD

Course materials and the AI coach remain available for 15 days after your POD ends. After that, you can continue using the final artifact you created. Once the annual subscription launches, an active subscription will provide continuous access to all courses and the AI coach for one year, subject to the terms shown before purchase.

AI tools and errors

AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased or inappropriate output. Do not treat AI output or course examples as a sole source of truth. Check important information with reliable sources and use human review before acting or sharing.

Your responsibility

You decide how to use what you learn and are responsible for your inputs, the outputs you use, and your decisions, including respecting the law, confidentiality, and third-party rights. AI43 provides education, not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, and does not guarantee a particular result.

Third-party services

Courses may use tools operated by third parties. AI43 does not control their availability, security, output or terms. Follow their rules and do not upload confidential or personal information unless you are authorized and understand the risks.

Limits of responsibility

AI43 remains responsible for providing paid services as described. To the extent allowed by law, AI43 is not liable for indirect loss caused by reliance on AI output, misuse of materials, or failure of third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
